1. Agreement

By using nefa.io, you agree to these terms. Simple as that.

2. What We Provide

  • Web hosting (50 GB SSD storage)
  • Node.js 24 or 25 (your choice)
  • Autoscaling for traffic spikes
  • Git deployment ready (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
  • Nginx + Node.js optimized infrastructure
  • Swiss hosting (GDPR/Swiss DPA compliant)
  • Daily backups (7 days retention)
  • Free SSL certificates (Let's Encrypt)
  • Priority support (12h response, 5 days/week)

3. Pricing

One plan: 49€/52$ per month or 490€/520$ per year.

Prices are in EUR or USD, your choice. Annual billing saves you ~15%.

4. Payment

We accept credit cards and bank transfers. Payment is due monthly or annually depending on your plan.

If payment fails, we'll notify you. After 7 days, service gets suspended. After 30 days, it's deleted.

5. Cancellation

Cancel anytime. No penalties. No questions asked.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period. No refunds for the current period (unless something really went wrong on our end).

You have 30 days after cancellation to download your data. After that, it's gone.

6. What You Can't Do

Don't be a jerk. Specifically:

  • No illegal content (piracy, malware, phishing, scams)
  • No spam or mass emails
  • No crypto mining scripts
  • No DDoS attacks or hacking attempts
  • No content that violates intellectual property
  • Don't abuse resources beyond your plan

If you do any of this, we'll suspend or terminate your account. Immediately.

7. Your Responsibility

You're responsible for your content. Keep your dependencies updated. Use strong passwords. Back up your data (we do daily backups, but you should too).

As a hosting provider (French law LCEN art. 6-I-2), we're not responsible for what you host. That's on you.

8. What We Promise

  • 99.9% uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance)
  • Daily backups (7 days retention)
  • 12h support response (business days)
  • Swiss hosting (GDPR/Swiss DPA compliant)

9. What We Don't Promise

We're not liable for indirect damages (lost revenue, lost customers, etc.). Our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.

We're not responsible if something breaks due to force majeure (natural disasters, wars, major infrastructure failures, etc.).

10. Changes

We may update these terms. You'll get 30 days notice by email before any major changes.

11. Law & Disputes

French law applies. If we can't solve a dispute amicably, French courts have jurisdiction.
